2x Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Adelaide — Australia
From one of Vinomofo's favourite ever producers, this is a shiraz everyone needs in the rack. Vibrant, flavourful and deeply varietal. A great little wine to reach for a little later in the night, a crowd-pleasing cellar defender with a little more to it than meets the eye.
A beautiful brick-red colour with energetic aromas of mulberry, raspberry liquorice and allspice. This is a wine that overdelivers on price and quality. The palate is wonderfully ripe and rich with smooth tannins, a rounded mouthfeel and a surprisingly lengthy finish. A fantastic little weekday warrior or BBQ red with tremendous versatility. A great addition to any shiraz lovers wine rack. In relation to the name of this particular range, "The peak of Mount Olympus where our Adelaide GI grapegrower George’s family originated, is called Mytikas. It also means “nose” which is quite fitting for these fragrant styles which are full of vibrancy and flavour". Honestly, we couldn't of put it better ourselves.

2x Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Geelong — Australia
The greater Geelong area has recently staked its claim as one of Australia's premier cool climate wine regions - here's a great example of why. Vibrant and rich but not overly brash or broad. Fruit forward with bright acid and hints of white pepper. A juicy and super easy-drinking shiraz. The ultimate cellar defender.
An exotically spiced shiraz packed full of rich red and blue berries without being overly heavy. The kind of red you can drink during the day - absolutely begging for a barbecue. Amazing colour clarity, a deep crimson with an inviting purple hue. As soon as this hits the glass it's apparent, this is a cool climate wine and you're not going to need a fork and knife to get through it. A special value Halliday award and plenty of love from the wine industry gives you an idea of where this wine sits in the scheme of things. Not necessarily a wine that makes you think, but definitely a wine that makes you feel. Happiness in a glass.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Shiraz 2022
Red — Shiraz
Langhorne Creek — Australia
A very smart little wine that is at once knock-about and complex. A medley of cherries and blackcurrants accompanied by hints of freshly ground coffee, dark chocolate, peppermint, liquorice, and subtle pepper aromas. It boasts a dense, velvety texture, offering a well-balanced fruit profile.
You’d pay $22 full price.

2x Shiraz 2019
Red — Shiraz
Manjimup — Australia
Five years of aging has brought hints of leather, dried herbs and tobacco to an otherwise red-fruited, bright and vibrant shiraz. The ultimate wine rack filler, the one to reach for when you don't know what to reach for. Like most good things in life, this is easy-going but somewhat complex. Everyone needs a case of this wine at home, you know, just in case.
You’d pay $22 full price.

2x Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Margaret River — Australia
An extremely regional and varietal wine, an absolute gift to all blind-tasters. One whiff of this beauty and you know you've got a Margs cab on your hands. Black fruits, mint, dark chocolate leap out of the glass and set up a medium-to-full bodied palate of red and black fruits, dried herbs and fine grained tannin. You know what you want from this wine and it certainly delivers.
Moss Brothers' Wild Garden range is all about letting the fruit do the talking. Organically and sustainably farmed vineyards with minimal intervention produce fruit that celebrates the unique terroir and microclimates that Margaret River has to offer. Specific parcels of this fruit are carefully selected and picked in the cool hours of early morning to create this, a wine that screams "I'm a Margaret River cab" from the second you open the bottle. Unmissable regional notes of plum, cassis, mint and spice are wrapped around a beautiful tannic structure with lively acidity and a lick of dusty oak. The perfect mid-weeker for any Margs fan.
You’d pay $35 full price.

2x Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Red — Cabernet Sauvignon
Margaret River — Australia
This is one of those bottles you keep coming back to because it delivers each and every time and always stumps people when you tell them how much you paid. Cool and gentle fermentations allow a more controlled extraction of colour, flavour and tannin while 10 months of maturation in French oak finishes off the wine with all the trimming's we love. The hardest decision to make now is what food to pair with it, take our advice, this has Sunday roast written all over it.
