2x Coombe Yarra Valley Estate Sparkling NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Yarra Valley — Australia
A classic blend of 80% chardonnay and 20% pinot noir, plucked straight off the premium estate vineyards and fermented separately in cool conditions to allow for delicate flavours to slowly develop. The juice also sees a little bit of French oak to add some weight and complexity to the blend. We end up with a full but balanced sparkling with a creamy finish and pleasantly fine-beaded sparkle. This wine does what you'd expect a Yarra Valley NV sparkling to do, but does it better.
You’d pay $40 full price.

2x The Lane Vineyard Lois Sparkling Blanc de Blancs NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
Adelaide Hills — Australia
From rich, estate plantings of chardonnay in the Adelaide hills was born this Blanc de Blancs style, one that has become like family to this producer over the years. Its extreme crispness is harmoniously lifted by citrus blossom, red apple and toasted brioche notes. Almost too good to pass up as an aperitif, but with enough prowess to stand up to some light hors d’oeuvres (we definitely had to look that spelling up, we’re not really that fancy). The point is, this wine is incredibly fresh, and dangerously more-ish. Let us introduce you to your new must-have party guest.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Twin Valleys Prosecco 2024
Sparkling — Prosecco
King Valley — Australia
Lush green apple, white flowers and hints of lemongrass burst out of this award-winning King Valley drop from the second you pop the cork. Add in a finely textured palate and some crisp acidity and you've got one delightfully drinkable drop on your hands. There's a reason the King Valley takes Australia's prosecco cake and with 94pts from Wine Pilot and 93pts from Wine Orbit, this 2024 will tell you why.
Lightly tropical, more vibrant than a basket full of fruit and crisply acidic for a clean finish - this is a bottle of bubbles worth celebrating. To bring this award-winning prosecco to life the Twin Valleys crew sourced fruit from both the King and Alpine Valleys and the result is a well-balanced drop that dances with melon, lemon and even a hint of jasmine. Sam Kim from Wine Orbit awarded it 93pts and hailed it as splendidly fruited and immediately approachable. And we couldn't agree more. At its best from now until 2026 and perfect for celebrate a new year, a new job or just a new weekend!
You’d pay $28 full price.

2x Gapsted Limited Release Sparkling White NV
Sparkling — Sparkling White
King Valley — Australia
If you haven’t felt it yet, the warmer months are in full swing - weekend barbecues, pool parties and... sweltering days lying spread-eagled in front of the air con. Well, we've got the antidote to heat-induced lethargy. This'll have you pushing the tables back for a boogie quicker than 'Eagle Rock' at a wedding.
Fresh from the Victorian Alps comes this limited release sparkling at a cork-popper of a price. Anyone who knows us will tell you, we’re huge fans of the bubbles that burst from north east Victoria’s King Valley. The region rocks when it comes to prosecco and sparkling whites of all kinds. It's no surprise that the talented folks at Gapsted know how to get the party started with this fizz. The cooler High Country climate means a lower yield of pinot noir that, once expertly blended with chardonnay, produces a rich creamy texture and a fantastic intensity of flavour. Think crisp apples and citrus fruits, chilled to perfection!
You’d pay $35 full price.

2x Bone Dry Prosecco NV
Sparkling — Prosecco
South Australia — Australia
Effervescent, zippy, and zesty, with crunchy acid and a perfectly-ripe, green apple fruit profile - this bubbly wants for nothing. With, effectively, zero sugar, you get to have all the party, without the headache the next day (theoretically). Although the low sugar aspect of this wine is certainly a selling-point, we would be remiss if we didn't mention what we think is the most important thing about this badboy - it's completely delicious. Citrus, vibrant acid and a hint of natural fruit sweetness, this is a really well thought out wine. An absolute steal.
You’d pay $25 full price.

2x Santa & D'Sas King & I Prosecco
Sparkling — Prosecco
King Valley — Australia
The kind of wine you always want hanging out in your fridge door - a brilliant example of King Valley prosecco. Citrusy, floral, and bursting with energy. The acid line is persistent and driving, making for a long, satisfying finish. A delightful drop our of Victoria's very own Little Italy in the Hills. Bellissimo!
You’d pay $25 full price.
